Consignment

As a convenience to our customers, The Gun Shop offers consignment services. Consignment requires the following:

1. The customer shall turnover firearms for sale to The Gun Shop (Seller) after which time the Seller takes responsibility to market and liquidate the firearms.
2. The Seller will strive to sell the items at the highest price possible; however, market forces dictate realized prices.
3. The Seller shall provide an invoice to the customer at the time funds are handed over.  Detailed receipts of the transactions may or may not be readily available.
4. All firearms provided to the Seller for consignment shall become part of the official firearms record required by the BATF.  Return of firearms to the customer requires a $50 transaction fee per item.

NOTE: The Gun Shop strives to please its valued customers.  Selling firearms on the open market can be complicated and does not guarantee a specific return. Unless the customer specifies pricing requirements per item prior to the date of this contract, the Seller is solely responsible for final sale price. The Seller retains 15% of the final sale price plus fees.

The Gun Shop reserves the right to purchase items at 85% of the consigned price.
